A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped, within 72h. Please always check your e-mails and SPAM boxes.
I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We are sorry about that. Simply send an image of the damaged model in question to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement item equal to the one you had purchased.
I have not received my order yet.
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes shipping as well as the Post Office can be delayed and take longer than expected, launch watches are usually imported, due to customs clearance it can take longer, but nothing you should worry about.
